After being on hold for nearly an hour and speaking to people in five different departments (Account Management, Tech Support, etc.), I'm still locked out. Five-star ratings? After finally receiving a link to set up my profile I was let down by the inability for the system to actually work. It still has not been able to “arm” and also there’s endless dead ends and error messages when seeking help.
