I’m not a rookie to technology, but this has me beat! I’m constantly going round in circles! That is they would call and if l didn’t answer right then. I had to reschedule for another phone call. I could log into my account but it would hold the request till time ran out and log me out! Even though l have time left on my account l have deleted everything ESET related off of my phone and PC! Have a more expensive system now and when l call l get to talk to people 24/7! This is clearly a scam to get people’s money. I deleted the app straight away and will notify UK Trading Standards Agency and Apple about this dodgy practices to clearly scam people out of their money. (Updated review following a response from ESET) 2 - The developer’s response did not address my comment about being impossible to cancel the free trial. Very dodgy and questionable practices. You will not see a penny from my money anyway.
