Eset is willing to sell you as many licenses as you need for Eset Home Premium, but limits their VPN inclusion in the deal to just (3) *read the fine print. This is ridiculous! If you buy a license for a version with a VPN, every license should be covered, I bought (4). I worked with their support on this issue to no avail, just got quoted their “policy” and offered an upgrade for $168 to get Ultimate and have more VPN licenses available to match my original purchase qty. I have use Eset at home and specified it in work environments, working as an IT professional for over 20 years. I will not continue to do so or recommend it to my friends and professional peers any longer. I uninstalled the app and then, reinstalled it. Then, I changed the internet port at the bottom of the start screen for ESET VPN to 443. Now, it’s working again. Seit dem 1.4.0 Update stürzt die App allerdings direkt nach dem Öffnen ab und kann nicht mehr benutzt werden. **Developer response:** Hello, apologies for the issue. On 24 October 2025, we released a new version of the ESET VPN app. The update will resolve the problem. Another solution is to uninstall ESET VPN and install it again, but this requires a new activation code. Therefore, we recommend that you wait for the app update. Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. ### 1/5 — Very very bad *2025-08-17, version 1.3.0* The VPN is a complete mess. Connections drop constantly regardless of the protocol, and getting it to connect takes forever. They ignore every complaint sent through the feedback form, so the only responsible thing left is to warn others not to buy this subscription. Horrible service, horrible VPN. Same story on PC. I deleted it and won’t be extending the subscription. Este VPN es un completo desastre. La conexión se corta constantemente sin importar el protocolo, y tarda una eternidad en conectarse. IKEv2 protocol stopped working, constantly requiring password of Subscription…. Wth….. fine, switching to UDP and TCP and Stealth and what not….
