Via Mobile/Internet Banking: You can load eSewa wallet from your internet/mobile banking without any additional cost from 47 banks. That stupid rude guy on phone ….Kina , k garna ko ho hudaina that’s not how you talk to customers, esewa needs to train the staff how to greet the customer !! What’s an absolute idiot was on phone with me today ? ### 2/5 — Years of ignoring users abroad has forced us to switch to Khalti *2026-08-17* eSewa remains the biggest wallet in Nepal, yet it still completely neglects the diaspora and international users. Looking through reviews over the years, the #1 complaint has always been the rigid SMS-only OTP system. Thousands of us living abroad rely on digital wallets to pay electricity, internet, and household bills for our aging parents back home. Without access to a Nepali SIM, eSewa becomes totally useless overseas. Khalti solved this instantly with their Khalti Roaming (Email OTP) feature, which is why so many of us have had to switch. Until eSewa introduces in-app email OTP/roaming and fixes international KYC verification, you will continue losing loyal users to competitors. ### 1/5 — Bull**t App *2026-07-24* I wouldn’t recommend this rubbish to anyone. I tried to setup the account but it’s been more than a week doesn’t accept the documents. ### 1/5 — Toll Free Response *2026-07-20* 0 responsiveness. The only automation they have while calling is the system operator who asks to wait in the queue. Once the turn is finally there after waiting for such long duration, there’s no real person to talk to who speaks and resolves the issue. It’s basically a blank system. From such a big giant company, this is something intolerant. I have faced this issue not only once but multiple times.
