Eshe is more than an app. It’s a community, a guide, and sometimes even a therapist. I check in daily, especially during tough emotional phases. The mental calendar and affirmations really help me find balance. So proud to support this project from within and to share it with others.

I’ve been using this app for several months now, and it has been a game-changer. It’s simple to use, accurate, and helps me stay on of my cycle. I’ve tried a few period tracking apps, and this one is definitely my favourite.
The interface is intuitive and I appreciate the helpful insights it provides. Highly recommend!

I use the app to track my periods. I like that it automatically calculates the stages of the menstrual cycle, helps monitor my health. Generally makes my life easier 💘 It has a user-friendly design and functionality, chat bot and meditation functions
