Got stuck in a login loop, you have to constantly email almost everything for it to get approved and that takes weeks, then they’ll tell you you’re approve to pick up shifts but they’re not hiring in that area yet that same area is sending out per diem/prn notifications that you can’t access because apparently you’re still not cleared to access shifts? Such a joke. Won’t be using them after all. ### 4/5 — logs me out *2026-06-26, version 4.1.15* overall, I really like the app. I seldom have any difficulties with it and it’s easy to navigate. The only problem I do have is that one of the updates did something that makes my eshyft app log me out all the time and i’m constantly having to log back in again. every time I go to eshyft to check on something or to claim a shift or look at messages I’ve been logged out. I have to log back in again several times a shift. I’m not too fond of that glitch but really overall it’s a good app. ### 3/5 — Solid app, but cancellation policies need urgent improvement *2026-06-01, version 4.1.12* Overall, the app functions well. I have no issues booking shifts or receiving my payments on time. However, my main concern is regarding shift cancellations. It feels unprofessional to have a confirmed shift canceled without any safeguard for the worker. There should be a clause or policy in place that protects confirmed shifts from being dropped so abruptly. My advice to other users is to use ESHYFT as a side income rather than a primary job, as the sudden cancellations make it difficult to rely on for steady income. If the platform fixes this cancellation issue, it would easily be a 5-star app. ### 2/5 — LPN *2026-03-10, version 4.1.7* Not true 1099. You will work at these places and when it’s time to clock out and cash out the funds won’t be available. You will wait up to a week plus. Service agents are curt and unsupportive. Not a most recommended agency. Eshyft deactivated my account for following THEIR OWN safety protocols regarding a road blockage call-out. I’ve requested a supervisor multiple times with zero response, yet the app is still spamming my phone with notifications for high laying GNA shifts I’m now blocked from taking.They are preventing a healthcare working during a rent crisis over a situation they told me how to handle. Unprofessional,zero support, and zero communication. Use CONNECTRN instead ### 2/5 — Lpn *2026-02-13, version 4.1.5* This use to be my favorite app. But then it updated. And now I’m constantly being logged out and having to log back in which makes me miss shifts when I don’t realize I’m logged out. When I am logged in I’m not getting notifications when a facility adds shifts. So again, I’m missing out on shifts. ### 1/5 — Pay *2026-02-06, version 4.1.5* I spoke with several reps regarding my pay and keep getting different answers from different people. They have no idea how to help you and every single response is wait until business hours so someone else can help you. I haven’t had instant pay for over two weeks now. Apparently I pay my bills on their time. ### 1/5 — The app sucks now *2026-01-17, version 4.1.2* Ever since they have shifted to using Stripe there has been a lot of issues. It’s like you’re working for free because you can’t get paid for your worked shift. And it has been a week since my problem has been occurring. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2025-12-19, version 4.0.4* The company let someone call and pretend like they was me and they disable my account and told me that I’m the one who called but did not want me to hear the recording nor did they let me know the number it called from but stated it wasn’t from my phone number ### 1/5 — Nickle and dime you for your dailypay *2025-12-12, version 4.0.4* The offer daily pay the cash is you can only take out $200 at a time. on top of that, it is three dollars every time you withdraw the maximum amount of $200. It takes over 48 hours sometimes 72 to appear in your bank account. I have tried four different banks. It is not the bank or the account. as far as Fingercheck, it is not accurate as to what you can withdraw. Doesn’t update accurately, or effectively. I can’t wait until a new app comes onto the market. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-11-02, version 4.0.1* If I could rate zero stars I would. Company is unorganized app is constantly messing up… they have zero communication with workers, discrepancies during payments & take their time paying you after you’ve worked when facility confirmed Eshyft has already been paid.. the way the economy is set up right now, along with the government shut down their is no way workers should be facing hardship getting paid for hours that they’ve worked.. Eshyft isn’t reliable for steady income, better off signing up with another agency or coming on staff somewhere. Worst agency I’ve ever worked for in my 14 years in the healthcare field 🤦🏽‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Scam *2025-10-25, version 4.0.0* I started filling out the application carefully, and when I got to a certain point, they sent me an email saying I had to pay $29 for a physical. I paid the $29, and I even did a video conference with a so-called doctor. Then, the next day, I thought they would send me the results so I could download them on the app, but they never sent them. When I tried to log back into the app, they blocked me. It’s been almost a month now that I haven’t been able to log in. I emailed them, but they never responded. They just took the $29 — a scam app, don’t go on it! 😡 ### 1/5 — Unavailable *2025-10-14, version 3.6.29* I downloaded this app because on app on the App Store it said it was available in my state. I was looking forward to being in control of my work schedule so I downloaded and created my account. When I accessed the app at the top it said it was NOT available in my state. What a disappointment. If I can’t rely on what is described in their app in the App Store then maybe it’s a good thing I won’t be using it. Going to delete. ### 2/5 — 3/10 *2025-10-12, version 3.6.29* Its a good app, only thing is you can not cash out the end of your shift and you have to wait 2 business days to get atleast half of your earnings ### 1/5 — CNA *2025-09-13, version 3.6.28* This is the worst app ever! I would apply for shifts and have them confirmed weeks in advance just for the facility to cancel my shift two hours before the shift starts. The facilities know if they cancel less than two hours before the shift start they would have to pay you. Eshyft and these facilities will play with your time and money. They prioritize staff over agency and will do nothing about your shift being canceled. Will only tell you to find another shift if one is available. Only for them to cancel on you as well. This app is a joke! You’re better off working staff somewhere so you can have steady income. I’ve had better experiences using other apps and would get my money in my account as soon as I clocked out! I was trying to give Eshyft a try but I don’t recommend them AT ALL! People out here are not playing about their money including me! I love what I do for work and work too hard to be playing games with Eshyft. I’m going to delete this app from my phone asap! And it was great. I picked up my first shift with them in about a year and this app is terrible right now. It still has me clocked into my first shift I picked up in a Friday (August 1st) it’s now Monday (August 4th) and I still can’t clock out. I’ve tried logging out the app. Deleting and reinstalling. Force stopping it. Nothing has worked. Plz update the app so I can continue to work and get paid properly ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst Agency App Ever *2026-08-22, version 4.1.20* They deactivated my account without even further explaining what I did wrong. They stated I cancelled a shift right before the start time which is absolutely NOT true. I cancelled 3-4 days before the start of the shift day due to being extremely sick. This was also MONTHS ago. They sent me a notification on the app that I did a no call no show for THAT shift when I canceled 3-4 days prior. Again, this was MONTHS ago when this occurred yet they sent me a notification month later that I was getting penalized for it??? Make that make sense.. I spoke to Fin and they just sent me an automated email saying it was due to reliability history. How come I keep getting notifications about shifts needing coverage when my account is deactivated???? Worst app ever… there’s barely any shifts in my area anyways.. I switched to ShiftKey and ShiftMed since they’re more reliable ### 1/5 — Unprofessional *2026-07-29, version 4.1.16* I reached out to the support team multiple times for assistance logging into the app. They were very rude in their responses to me. They just kept responding that email is not associated with that account meanwhile it was the correct email I signed up with and had received other correspondence from them. They offered no resolution to the problem and just kept responding negatively. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I do not recommend health care professionals working or using this company services if this is their attitude towards potential customers. ### 1/5 — They do nothing! *2026-06-27, version 4.1.15* I submitted my renew license on June 8, it is now June 27 and they still have not updated it! They tell me they are backed up 4 weeks!?!?! I can’t pick up any shifts because of their laziness. Probably takes two seconds on their end. You got only 1 person working???? They don’t adhere to their own policies. They tell you one thing and will do another. They will promise you something will be in your paycheck and it won’t. Even though it’s 1099 but you can still print paystubs with every other agency. ### 1/5 — Difficult onboarding *2026-04-16, version 4.1.10* Eshyft’s on boarding is ridiculous. I’ve never had an issue on any of these CNA apps to start working. They need so much health information that I’ve given up twice. I am no longer trying to apply or on board with Eshyft. It is not worth it is insane Actually, I have one physical. I gave her the same physical from that I gave all the other CNA apps and they STILL want a “work” physical. It’s like they don’t want people to onboard.
