ESIC Hospital Pharmacy lines and Esic App for booking is the worst nightmare experience for patients in an emergency. The developers needs to come up with fast solutions for such pathetic app. Government needs to step up the speed process

This app is complicated. Plz remove next page next page (proceed) like options. Developers note that persons who is going to use this app are workers and there family members most of them are very less educated and they refuse to do online. Most important point is this  PLEASE REMOVE BOOKING CONFIRM PAGE I repeat please remove booking confirm page 95% patient not generate check in they just take screen shot of BOOKING COMFIRM PAGE and show reference number for registration again at counter.  Second thing is that please set all entries at one page only patients by scrolling up fill all entries at same page or please merge 3-4 pages of app in one page. New update ESIC health connect app is not colourful as AAA+ESIC add big icons in app. Generate check in is small size icon please increase it’s size. Remove YES option after generate check in click.

AAA+ is an excellent mobile app helps ESIC beneficiaries to book, reschedule and cancel appointments for OPD registration in ESIC dispensary and Hospitals. Mobile App supports Hindi and English as choice of language. Beneficiaries booking appointments through Mobile app will avoid standing in long queues at registration counters.
