AVOID !!!! ### 1/5 — not happy with the service at all *2024-09-25* Over the years of use several Sim cards as part of the travel industry, this one has been the least supportive of any of the ones so far, generally when there’s a problem, it should be taken care of immediately, and it seems that when you connect to the chat, there’s nobody there. I keep gaming an error message, which is the code and QR code. I’m assuming is not valid. I tried concentrating customer service and they were no available for chat only for email. I purchased a plan from this app while in South Korea. Unfortunately It did not work at all. I reached customer service and had to find wifi to connect to email. the customer service people just made excuses to not help and falsely acused me of lying which was dumb. I demanded refund.
