I was charged twice for a service never delivered and had to request a chargeback. You can’t send texts or make calls, you just get a vague “verify via support” error. When you contact support, there’s no actual way to complete any verification. Even worse, the support team themselves don’t seem to understand what the error means. But that’s not even the worst part. Like many others, I installed this app specifically to receive verification codes from Wise, and it simply doesn’t work. Support openly admits this, yet still refuses to issue a refund. I’m not sure how others are encountering issues, hopefully they’ll find the way to use it. In my experience bad internet connection is often culprit but it will seem as the app is having problems due to that.
