When I got to my destination, my eSIM initially didn’t work because I couldn’t get the settings right. I wrote an email to customer service and it was responded to promptly and after a few exchanges of me showing them what my setting were and then correcting them, I was good to go. It barely worked throughout my entire trip, leaving me without a reliable internet connection when I needed it most. It consumed nearly 80% of my data despite hardly being usable. I spent more time trying to reconnect than actually using the service. I purchased this eSIM for convenience while traveling, but it completely failed to deliver. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue, making the experience even more frustrating. ### 1/5 — Not Reliable *2026-07-24, version 3.0.6* Doesn’t work nearly as well as other similar apps. It keeps disconnecting constantly, and the connection speed is extremely slow. What’s even more concerning is that somehow my entire data package disappeared within half a day, even though the service wasn’t working most of the time! Very disappointing experience, especially considering how quickly the data was consumed without actually being able to use the service properly. ### 1/5 — Ridiculously expensive and silly app *2023-12-18, version 1.0.8* After download. App locked in page asking to sign up immediately with details, email etc newsletter. You can’t see the app page or information about pricing or anything until you pass this login page by signing up. Did it with fake email. The little warning messages written in colours very close to background colour that makes them unreadable. The app is ridiculously expensive in pricing. With Esimatic it is both extremely easy and far better value.
