I bought this, hoping to use it when I went to Greece. Bought the local Greece package. Did not find it worked well at all. Very disappointed happy to see that they are now providing updates, and have apparently fix the bugs, but that doesn’t help me at this point in time, and not sure that I would ever use this app again, given my experience with it to date. I was so hopeful that it would be a good app.

### 1/5 — The eSIM didn’t work, and they refused to refund my money

I purchased a 30-day plan, which was not cheap. Unfortunately, the eSIM never worked.

I contacted customer support, but they told me that because the eSIM had already been activated, they could not issue a refund. I find this completely unacceptable.

I do not recommend this app to anyone. They treat their customers very unfairly. I was left without internet in a foreign country because their eSIM did not work. When I explained the situation, they simply told me that I should have connected to Wi-Fi and contacted them immediately. The problem is that I had no internet to find Wi-Fi, and by the time I finally found someone willing to let me use theirs, a lot of time had already passed and I had ended up on the other side of the city.

This was a very stressful experience, and instead of helping, the company refused to take responsibility or provide a refund.

Installed but internet is bad, I don’t have my eSIM successfully installed my phone and no way to redo it . Waste money

Very disappointing experience in Mexico

I purchased a 10GB eSIM plan for $25 for my trip to Mexico, and my friend purchased the same plan as well.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor. My friend’s connection kept cutting off constantly, and mine barely worked. The internet was extremely weak, to the point that I could not make calls or even watch a short reel properly, even though I followed all the setup instructions and tried everything.

This caused us a lot of inconvenience during our trip, especially because we needed reliable internet for maps, communication, transportation, and travel arrangements.

I do not recommend this app for new buyers unless they improve the service and provide proper support or refunds when the eSIM does not work.

They took $16 for additional credits and they won’t refund. It’s a scam, you don’t get any texts until pay additional. Many better options - terrible! Do not use.

**Developer response:** Hi, we certainly did not “take” anything from anyone. Additional credits can only be purchased if a user actively chooses to add them during the process, and all pricing is clearly displayed and confirmed before any payment is made :)

Regarding receiving texts, some phone numbers support SMS and some do not, depending on the type selected during purchase. This information is shown before checkout as well.

We are confident that our customers around the world can recognize when a comment like this has no real basis or factual accuracy. Transparency is very important to us, and all purchases, features, and limitations are clearly presented before payment.

That said, our support team is always available 24/7 to assist any customer with questions or issues in a professional manner.

Очень странно я даже не понял могу ли пользоваться этим приложением, какие тарифы и условия, но уже должен зарегистрироваться.  Получать рассылку и дать свои данные. Дайте посмотреть нужно оно мне или нет, покажите ваши тарифы, а потом требуйте регистрацию. Удалил сразу есть те кто уважает пользователя.
