Even though I bought a pretty good package, it has now been four days and I STILL can not get the SIM to activate on my phone. My biggest problem, however, is that whenever I use the chat, help option, no one is ever available. Meaning: chat is always “closed”. They don’t give you a time when it might be open, they don’t attempt to email you back with your question answer, nothing. It’s obvious that they just don’t care.
