ESL had done an amazing job. I just love this app. I have had a couple of minor issues and their help and support team were there when I needed them. They are easy to talk to, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s nice to be able to talk to people willing to help. I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank unlike several banks in the past. The business app is unfriendly, clumsy, awkward, and difficult to use. Additionally, the constant requirement to changes passwords so absurdly frequently is a hassle.
