However, as I already had an account that I used on the ESL Mobile app I assumed that I could use that to login to card control-this is not the case. You have to sign up and make another username and password even if you have a mobile app account already. This is a bit confusing and it’s probably part of the reason people have trouble logging in. It took me several tries to figure out the issue.
