Фейк. Программа падает при попытке открыть конфигурационный файл. Тех. Поддержка отмалчивается. Андроид версия тоже не рабочая. Приобретение считывателя лишено всякого смысла. Есть более доступные аналоги

Программа просто вылетает при попытке считывания «Узнать об устройстве» на iPhone 11, версия iOS 13.3. При этом на iPhone 6 все работает. Исправьте баг пожалуйста. Не очень удобно настраивать с чужого телефона.
