There should be no account attached to my lock. I should just be able to use it as quick as possible. Widgets needs to be integrated or Apple home along with the watch app needing work. It just stays “connecting” forever and never unlocks the lock. So while the basic functions work quick and easy with the included cards. The actual cool technical side that makes it easy/fun to use lacks speed/compatibility/and bugs need to be worked out. It is difficult to navigate and on top of everything else they require other people to register before you can give them access to the lock If you don’t want to give them the administrator password. I wanted a drawer lock that I could open with my iPhone, this does exactly what I need and I'm very happy with the lock and the app works fine for me. The lock is hidden inside the drawer and I just have to hold my phone near it to connect then unlock it. Works as I hoped it would! ### 5/5 — Easy *2026-08-02* I don’t know what all these other reviews are about, either these people are insanely stupid or don’t know technology. The set up took like 3 min of my time and the lock works perfectly. Easy on and off with the touch of my thumb. Nice lock for the gym. And you can add a bunch of finger prints just in case you need the lock for a multi person use. Yea the lock itself isn’t anything I’d put on a cash safe or what not. But it’s definitely good for a gym locker or school locker or anything that you just want people to know not to go into……I would buy again and the app works fine. Really easy to set up and share permissions. ### 5/5 — Working well for me so far *2025-09-02* I saw a number of mixed results but so far everything is working perfectly. I’ll update this if that changes but perhaps software updates along the way have tightened up any loose spots. I think the thing to remember is this lock is battery powered and thus must work to save energy. Therefore before Bluetooth becomes active and useful you’ve got to touch the lock to wake it up. Not sure if that was some of the problems others were having or not.
