## Most critical reviews (7 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No response

*2025-02-20, version 1.5.3*

Today the app is showing no power, all greyed out - no electricity being used, stored. Trying to report by email and phone and no response when trying to report the problem.

### 1/5 — Plant disappeared from profile

*2024-10-14, version 1.5.3*

Connected a new plant to my profile which has now disappeared. App will not let me re-connect it as it is apparently ‘bound’ by my profile. No issue resolution instructions and no option to disconnect the plant and start again.

### 1/5 — App update

*2023-11-21, version 1.5.1*

The app is indicating there is a required update, from v1.5.1 to v4.8.6 or above for it to continue working, but there is no option to update the app via the app
Store. Support required

### 1/5 — Drains battery and phones turns red hot

*2019-04-28*

Please fix the phone warming issue, it’s unusable like this and I have to use the old app. I miss the graphs of new app though

**Developer response:** Hello, sorry for the inconvenience caused to your use. We have tried our best to solve this problem, and we will make improvements according to your suggestions when the new version is updated, hoping to bring you a better experience, thank you.

### 3/5 — A change to the chart

*2024-09-08, version 1.5.3*

Hello, can the left axis of the chart be increased from 5000w to maybe 6000w. My system is generating more than 5000w.

### 4/5 — Does what it needs to, quite well

*2023-04-30, version 1.5.0*

Ideas: a help/glossary page would have been useful (eg what is ‘load’? ) but I’m past that now. On the line graph include the time value in the vertical line summary as it is difficult to estimate from the x-axis intersect (especially due to inconsistent labels). The x-axis labels should be hh:mm rather than hh:m:ss given ss is always 00.

Bug: the x-axis labels are not equidistant. For example on a previous full day they read 00:00,02:55,06:30,10:30,…. That’s gaps of 2hr55, 3hr35, 4hr. Is the x-axis not linear!?

### 5/5 — John Stephan

*2020-02-26, version 1.2.0*

Excellent Inverter easy to use.
