Even though my internet connection to the DVR is hard wired, the remote app is saying equipment has been off line ? Absolutely waste of time, no point having cctv without remote access !!

Honestly wish I read the reviews before using this app! It never loads and takes forever when you actually get on the app. Sort this out! 
We have cameras to feel safe.

Should of done my home work on better cctv systems really disappointed and frustrated with this system.

Limited functionality. Playback is complicated to work out and no fast forward when you do. Really poor app.

Remote access is almost impossible. 

I’ve had this set up on my new Recor cctv for a week and it’s almost unusable. I feel I’ve wasted my money.

App is good nice clean pictures of your cams. Works perfect with WiFi and 4G. Remote play back does not work. Crashes ever time you try this. Fix this and it will be 5 stars.
