## What is Espacio 54?

Espacio 54 is Homes with a Reason: a curated selection of design homes and rentals in Mexico, chosen one by one, each with the reason it is there written out.

WHAT YOU FIND IN THE APP
• Homes with a Reason: few homes, carefully chosen, each with its reason. Design, materials, light and place; not a portal with thousands of listings.
• Cantera Real: lots in a boutique countryside community in Montemorelos, Nuevo Leon, an hour from Monterrey: a lake, a nature reserve and controlled access.
• Casa Cuarcita: architecture by OMOS Arquitectos, finalist at the Firenze International Architecture Prize 2024, for sale and available to rent on Airbnb.
• Las Sendas: a complete countryside development for a single investor.
• Curated rentals: stays in homes with design.

HOW IT WORKS
• Every home has photos, floor plans, price and the reason it was chosen.
• A map to explore by place.
• Leo, from the Espacio 54 team, answers you directly on WhatsApp: real answers, no call centre.
• Book visits and get the new homes as they join the selection.

FOR AGENTS
If you have an exclusive on a home worth showing, propose it for Homes with a Reason: if it passes the curation we show it, with a shared commission agreed in writing, home by home. No memberships, no fees.
