It never refreshes. The app kills my battery I have to carry my charger with me to change in my stores. Now I have to delete and reinstall. Fix the glitches it should update on its own 👎 ### 1/5 — Funny *2018-05-30, version 1.17* I need to reload this app daily and sometimes more than once per day I laugh every morning thinking that they rolled this out before it was fixed ### 1/5 — Has potential but needs improvement. *2018-05-11, version 1.16* I really like what this app has the potential to do. Outside of that, everything about it is slow. It constantly wants to sync. Luckily you can hit “later” which is exactly what I would advise anyone to do until the work day is finished. Otherwise, you will be wasting a lot of time in your day waiting. This app bogs down my phone and drains the battery. It can’t seem to tell what location I am at and constantly tells me I am logging into unassigned stores. I’m sure employer is aware because outside of a slight annoyance it’s really not a problem. I have have to completely restart my phone at the end of every work day because on an iPhone at least, there is a banner at the top of my screen letting me know that the app is actively using location. This should not be an issue because I am all the way logged out at this point and the settings are so it is supposed to only do this when the app is in use. ### 1/5 — Terrible User Interface *2018-05-10, version 1.16* This app has a lot of issues with syncing. Keeps dropping the visit, so I have to restart it. When I can successfully use the app, it states that I am currently visiting another store and cannot answer questions about store that I am in, even though I signed out of previous store. Then it locks me out of ESP. I have wasted more time allotted to me, to try and remedy this on going problem with ESP Focus. Every couple of months, I go through this, it is very frustrating. I have a call in for ESP tech to guide me through this, yet again. And I cannot use ESP FOCUS on my iPad. I suggest finding another app for all the merchandisers or another form to communicate about our merchandising procedures. This one is a waste of time and money, for all involved with it. ### 1/5 — Out of the gate, NOT working *2017-10-30, version 1.11* Clocked into drive time and was unable to clock out - wasn’t even an option. The navigation buttons on top (ex. “Back”, “X”, and “logout”) are not responding. Always double check, apparently TNG can’t have a better app besides this piece of crap. Also don’t work for Jennifer in st George she is the literal worst!!!!!!!!!! If your signing up for magazines in st George or cedar city, DONT DO IT!!!!!! Worst person you will EVER MEET!!!! ### 1/5 — Absolute crap *2018-11-23, version 1.21* This app is shoddy at best. It will crash, lockup, and rob you of time you should be getting paid. I encourage all users to double check their times and make certain you are not losing pay. This app will hang and/or crash will logging out and the time spent relogging in and checking into store will reflect a hole in your time. I added up all my lost minutes from said situations and it totaled nearly 3 hrs lost wages over the course of ~4 months. ESP needs to contract out to better developers if they are going to propose this app for real time, everyday use. Very poor software, I’d be embarrassed to have my name associated with this app. ### 1/5 — Soooooo slooooooowwwwwww *2018-11-13, version 1.21* If I didn’t have to use this app for work my life and work day would be so much better and more efficient. It’s so slow and if you have to clock in and out of several jobs a day it has to reload stores and whatever else every time even if you chose to sync later. It’s basically awful. Hate it. ### 1/5 — All stores *2018-10-20, version 1.21* I love using this app but the new update I do not like, I used to have a lot of stores on my focus but now after this update I only get my stores. I am always filling in for someone and I do not like it when I can not clock into a store that isn’t mine because the new update. Every time I am doing a store I have to tell my boss when I clock in and when I clock out. I really need all “get all stores” back on the focus. ### 1/5 — Poor *2018-10-16, version 1.21* I quit over due to frustration of working with this app. Didn’t load surveys, or if it did, they disappeared the next day. The visit would show, but not the survey. Chronically froze. Had to uninstall/reinstall several times. It also constantly uses your location, even if the app isn’t currently open, and thus drains your battery quickly.
