## What is Espo CRM?

Espo.ai is the growth engine built only for real estate teams, and the iOS app puts it in your pocket. Make and answer client calls as real iPhone calls, right from the contact record. Calls ring through your CarPlay, Bluetooth, and lock screen like any other call, keep working when you switch apps or your screen locks, and log straight back to the contact when you hang up. No more missed leads because a browser dialer dropped the audio.

Work your whole business between showings. Move deals through your pipeline, text clients, knock out tasks, check your inbox, review listings, and run your open-house sign-ins, all from your phone. Tap a notification and land right on the lead it is about. Sign in once with Face ID and your session stays put.

Your CRM Assistant rides along. Ask it to draft a follow-up text or email, summarize a call, add a task, or update a contact by typing or speaking. It always shows you the message and waits for your okay before anything goes out, so you stay in control.
