Espressly Operators helps approved store teams stay connected, informed, and supported.

Built for coffee shop employees, managers, district leaders, and corporate operators, Espressly Operators provides a central place for team communication, operational visibility, support coordination, and day-to-day store collaboration.

Features include:

• Operator Support — Communicate with support teams and receive assistance on operational issues.

• Team Messaging — Stay connected with coworkers, managers, and operational leaders through organized conversations.

• Announcements — Receive important updates, operational notices, and company communications.

• Orders Visibility — Review operational order activity and stay informed about store performance.

• Store Analytics — Access operational reporting and performance insights made available by your organization.

• Approved Device Access — Secure account access with device approval and authentication controls.

• Employee Access Requests — Employees of organizations already using Espressly may request access for administrator review and approval.

Espressly Operators is designed for authorized users of organizations that already use the Espressly platform. Access is managed and approved by administrators.

The app does not provide business registration, merchant onboarding, subscriptions, pricing, trials, or purchasing functionality.
