User requests holiday and person on the other end cannot approve or deny it! We work hard for our holidays and holidays are supposed to reduce stress not create it! Availability once requested, cannot be edited or added again and we have to speak to management directly if we need to change it, which can be confusing if everyone is doing it at the same time.
