If I’d been allowed to photograph ten shirts and five pairs of pants, gotten a few surprisingly good outfit combinations, and thought, Hey, this actually sees combinations I don’t, I might happily have paid $20/year. Instead, after completing the onboarding and creating an account, I hit a paywall before I could find out whether the app was any good. You didn’t lose a customer because the price was too high.
