The anatomy is automatically set to Male with no option to change this setting. Female organs are described in reference to their “male-equivalent” while the descriptions for those ‘male-equivalent organs’ contain absolutely no mention of female anatomy. It’s truly remarkable how ignorance can make a person feel alienated from learning! I am extremely dissapointed in this app. I paid a total of $26.63 for the upgraded version of the skeletal system. The app doesn’t work as described and I’m getting a message telling me that my device isn’t compatible. I’m on a new Ipad Air on a new OS. According to the given device compatibility my device is more than compatible. The URLs to contact the developers of the app lead to errors. Training video takes me to blank page. ### 1/5 — Male Default Is Frustrating as a Female *2025-06-18, version 5.0.11* As a female who mostly uses the app to help myself and other females, I find it quite annoying to have to always change the default from male to female every single time I use it. This is an outdated archaic mindset that really needs to be retired. Give each user the option to set the own default gender. I first downloaded the app several years ago and have reached out to the company several times since to ask them to update this.
