It constantly freezes, crashes in the middle of simple tasks, and takes forever to load basic account information. Half the time I can’t even log in because of “technical errors.” The interface feels outdated, and it’s nearly impossible to navigate without getting frustrated. Mobile check deposits don’t process correctly, and customer support is no help—they just tell you to “try again later.” A banking app should make managing money easier, but this one makes it stressful and unreliable.
