It constantly freezes, crashes in the middle of simple tasks, and takes forever to load basic account information. Half the time I can’t even log in because of “technical errors.” The interface feels outdated, and it’s nearly impossible to navigate without getting frustrated. Mobile check deposits don’t process correctly, and customer support is no help—they just tell you to “try again later.” A banking app should make managing money easier, but this one makes it stressful and unreliable. Definitely not worth the headache. ### 1/5 — Fraudulent Bank *2025-05-19, version 2025.2.2.3* Fraudulent Bank, refund my money, I applied for membership account but can’t use it, yet they took my money, I applied for a checking account and got declined, yet Essential took my money. Refund all my money cause I already requested to close my membership account, it was closed instantly, but they are yet to refund my money. This app has technical difficulties at lest three times a day and it’s not just the app is the also the website.
