I have been doing this program since before I retired in 2017! It is the only program that I could consistently work with. Very few pieces of equipment; I don’t even get dressed before doing my daily routine! Some weeks are better than others as far as my consistency but I always aim for 5 workouts a week. I am now 71 and participate in other physical activities; mainly horseback riding which requires strength, flexibility and stamina. I ALWAYS feel refreshed after even the simplest 23 workout with Essentrics! Just love the program!!

My wife and I found the Aging Backwards program a couple of years ago on PBS. We ordered the DVD collection and signed up for the Essentrics TV membership shortly afterwards. It has been a game changer for both of us. We have much better flexibility than we did before starting the program and our fitness has improved significantly. Among my peers, I feel like I am years younger in ability and mobility. We tell everyone about the program and hope that they follow through but to our dismay most don’t. Anyone can do this and should do this. These routines literally turn back the clock and stave of the inevitable stiffness and weakness of aging. I am 70 and feel like I have the flexibility and strength I had in my 50’s again. You have to stick with it but the rewards are worth the time and effort.

It’s the best fit for me and I have done many exercise programs in my 75 years. I love that it doesn’t involve expensive equipment or a big time commitment. I feel Miranda is an expert in her field and her philosophy is sound. Exercise every day to try to keep in shape and use the entire body to keep it balanced and flexible. Thank you!!! I’m so happy I found your program. I plan to keep doing it as long as possible!! I recommend it to everyone that I can!  I’m adding to my review.  I’m now 78 and still try to do it every day and still skiing black and double black diamonds and I love this program.  I know that it has worked for me.  Thank you. Lat year I was paralyzed with chronic pain arthritis with no inflammation. My 74 year old body was frozen. After seeing Essentrics on PBS, I bought a subscription and have done a workout (sometimes two!) every day for 12 months. My pain is gone and my mobility is improved beyond where it was before I was struck with the arthritis. I am totally grateful for this technique which I wish everyone my age would do. Miranda is a perfect mentor to anyone over 65, and her teaching and encouragement is like a gift each day. Thank you!

Hello! Thanks for keeping Such a helpful program on the air. My Physical Therapist is now recommending too other clients with spinal issues. I may never be completely rid of chronic leg neurological damage due too a medical error made from a spinal epidural but this program helps me live a better life. Thank you all. Wish I had started long ago but at 69 young I am sooo very pleased an hate missing a day. CharILOVE THE LIVE CLASSES! Two years in at doing Essentrics an the LIVE Classes are so very informative on form and all the instructors teaching an cueing is incredible! I know it’s a lot of work an I truly say THANKYOU
