## What is Essers of Los Angeles?

Welcome to the Essers of Los Angeles app!  This is the closest thing you can get to training at Essers.  You'll have the ability to follow training programs designed by our world-class coaching staff and view movement demonstration videos from our "Essers Exercise Encyclopedia".  If you choose to follow one of our programs, you can track your progress with the same assessments that we use on our athletes at the facility.  
 
No matter your location, you can still DOMINATE.
