EBC is a proven outdoor fitness initiative, empowering and educating its members towards there fitness and practical objectives.

EBC was established in 2006 by an ex- Royal Marine commando and a sports scientist, pioneering unique out door fitness sessions. This winning formula is providing highly skilled instructors, delivering tough, varied and engaging fitness sessions in parks across the East of England. There are now over 2,000+ people training with EBC every week.

I noticed during lock down I was feeling sluggish and lacking motivation and saw the people in the park that were doing Bootcamp. They were working hard but laughing and enjoying themselves at the same time. I’m so happy I joined. It’s more than just exercise it’s a state of mind. Give it a go the people are welcoming and I promise you won’t regret it, like I haven’t.

Yes I would like to leave a review. I was treated unfairly as a member. I don’t believe you run your company fairly. You only accept people into your group who are high flyers. You do not give consideration to people’s personal situations. ( ie membership issues) I spent a year at EBC. I thought that I would have been treated more fairly than what I was
