Staff in the library at least aware of the ongoing issue but really disappointing to see all the recent reviews over the last 4 months all saying the same thing 💔 hope this will be fixed soon! ### 1/5 — Hasn’t worked in weeks *2024-01-02, version 2022.2.2* I don’t have a physical card and this has been really inconvenient, as well as making it harder to renew (although the librarians are always lovely) ### 1/5 — App failure *2023-12-31, version 2022.2.2* Downloaded and have been using BorrowBox, it’s a great app. I decided I’ll download the Library app and make more use of the books on offer too. Well it wouldn’t let me log in at all, so I deleted it and downloaded it and now it says it can’t connect to the internet. I definitely have internet. Not a great start to using an app for books. Hopefully the app is being worked on and improved and will be working soon. Giving one star as you have to give something. Hurrah !!! ..........I wrote too soon ! It has just been updated. I should have left well enough alone ! Like another reviewer I have iOS 12.5.7 on my iPad. The app developers say this app works on iOS 11.0 and above. Guess what, it doesn’t ! The search options are convoluted and tedious. The overall design and experience is circa 00’s. Hurrah !!! ### 3/5 — Recent Issues *2023-12-08, version 2022.2.2* Usually this app is fantastic, being able to reserve books for my daughter easily is so helpful and being able to see all the due dates and renew books with a click is amazing. However for the last few days/a week the app hasn’t worked. It shows I still have books that I’ve returned and the catalogue to search for new books is unavailable. I assume this is a problem with the system as I don’t think the app has updated.
