Loads and wipes investment summary on initial load, crashes when moving between tabs. Have tried removing app and reinstalling app, but same problem exists. ### 2/5 — So so unreliable *2026-05-19, version 3.0.15* The previous version of this app wasn’t great but at least it worked. This version will only work on one device some of the time. To make it worse, this version of the app has actually lost some of the features of the previous app. All I want to be able to do is have a look at my super balance when I want to look at it. Really not that hard except when using the app. That in this day and I have to go to the website and log on there is ridiculous. ESSS do better. ### 1/5 — Terrible - New app, less informative *2026-02-15, version 3.0.10* I have ESSS & ESS and the app doesn’t give me my combined figure? Why? My latest transaction (on the front page) listed as October 2024? And where’s the improvement percentage figure gone? Question: How can this app have a 4.1 star rating with sixty nine 1 star ratings in the comments??? ### 1/5 — New app - less information *2026-02-07, version 3.0.10* Unlike the previous version; this latest app doesn’t tell me the combined total of my two accounts(ESSS/ESS) - I have to add it up myself ### 1/5 — No better *2026-02-05, version 3.0.10* The new apps has less functionality than the old app and was up a couple of days and already stopped working. ### 1/5 — New updated app. *2026-02-04, version 3.0.10* The new app is not as good as the old one. We cannot have the app on more than one device , something we could do with the previous one. Told it was for security reasons which is ridiculous as banks, health funds , insurance companies etc in fact all other apps do allow you to have them on more than one device. We also have less information on the new app. Previously we could see the balances over time and the percentage the balance decreased but not now. This update has taken away what was previously available. Do not like it. By the way impossible to post as can’t supply a nickname as apparently all have been used before ! ### 2/5 — Where’s the annual increase figure? *2026-01-28, version 3.0.10* Just downloaded the new app for IOS. Overall, a nice look and feel and good navigation. But where is the figure and graph for how much my super has grown(or decreased) since 30 June? I loved that graph!! Please find a place to add it. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2026-01-21, version 2.4.3* Absolute rubbish app. Took my accumulation account out of Esssuper years ago because of lack of access and now this new updated app is atrocious. I explained the problem and was told not to use the App but to use Members Online instead 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ ### 5/5 — Just doesn’t work *2024-05-09, version 2.4.3* There is not one positive about this app. Can’t log in. Have tried numerous re sets and continuously drops out. I can’t believe that every single review is completely negative and yet nothing has been done to fix it. If the attention to detail regarding this app is the same as the attention given to my money I’m in real trouble come retirement. ### 5/5 — Sasco-Man *2024-04-09, version 2.4.3* I’ve been with this super fund for a number of decades now. At no time since the development of the App has it functioned seamlessly. It’s plagued with login issues and minimal functionality since it’s inception. If ESSSuper prefer’s fund members use this App instead of contacting the service desk, then it would be in their interest to undertake a major upgrade. ### 4/5 — 30 June Balance *2026-02-18, version 3.0.10* The previous version of the app should the balance as at the previous 30 June with the current balance and the percentage change, positive or negative which was very helpful. Please add this feature in new version of the app. Also the withdrawal transactions are not shown until a day or more after receiving payment in my bank account and I am not sure when the balance is updated after withdrawals are made. ### 3/5 — Hmmm *2026-05-08, version 3.0.10* Don’t like the lack of functionality in the new version ### 3/5 — Set up glitches *2026-01-30, version 3.0.10* The current ESS Super iOS app has a UI layout bug on iPhone 17 running iOS 26.2.1. During onboarding, the Face ID enable button is off-screen and the view does not scroll.
