The item was damaged. The seller did NOT state it was damaged and refused a refund. I reported this behavior to customer service for the app. They don’t care. I WOULD NOT USE THE ONLINE AUCTION FEATURE FOR THIS APP. But. Many times a listing disappears if you move the pin or if you refresh. On occasion I have looked at a listing for the next day looked at all the pics, then the day of the listing disappears.. If a buyer messages you their system sends you and email. You need to reply to the buyer with your personal email or phone. I use it on a weekly basis! Highly recommend! That being said… A few improvements would take this app AMAZING… It would be nice if you could categorize sales into “favorites” AND “not interested”. Currently you can “favorite” sales, but there’s no way to remove sales you have no interest in. I would even love a third category for “maybes”… Adding a color coding system could be a somewhat easy way to allow users to organize sales in this way. It would also be lovely to have a feature where the user could drag/select/put estate sales in some sort of order within the app. My family and I usually have a group text or a note on someone’s phone with our route/order for the day. The not interested, used to be preserved, but turned into black and white and now it stays in color just like the other ones. How is that an improvement? The layout is less useful than the previous layout. When you would like a specific photo, it would move it to the top of the listing and it stopped doing that now. Is there any way to go back to the way the app used to work? Why would you make these changes? I am a big lover of new and improved and I do not resist change unless the change clearly degrades or damages some thing that is working well. If you copy and paste the address directly into the Apple map you will get there.
