## What is Estate Vision?

All relevant data in the different categories of the real estate can be entered.

Basic data: purchase price, additional purchase costs, investments, etc.
Rent, taxes, reserves, etc.
Operation: allocatable costs, non-allocatable costs, etc.
Financing: loans, etc.

Key figures are calculated from the data:
Capital gain, rental yield, cash flow, return on equity, etc.

Projections are created:
When will the cash flow be positive?
When will the cumulative cash flow be positive?
What will be my expected account balance in year X?
