I learned things I didn’t know in school. I think it is good for a stateboard study. The only thing is u have to pay $10 a month just to get the full coarse. I am now in the process of disputing charges with my bank for the past few months. I’ll be honest they had a lot of the same questions on each test. It was helping me a little bit but one thing I really am annoyed about is the subscription. There is no way to cancel your subscription if you begin one. I have tried messaging the company to figure out how to do this and I have been ignored. You might want to be more clear on the price as well. I was charged more per month than what you stated. If there were going to be extra fees involved then you should’ve let us know. This is something that really needs to be fixed. I will not go back to this app. ### 1/5 — ❔🛑DONOT I repeat 🛑DONOT depend on this App *2018-12-03, version 1.3.0* I paid three months of this app and if I didn’t put a lot of effort in studying my text book I might not of pass I only had a total of three or four questions from this app according to some people who stated in their reviews they had similar questions to the exact wording in their written exam and that was not true for me if you get this app my advice is DONOT depend only on it because there are different test and you DONOT know which one you will be test for the simple thing is study you text book. I pass by studying my text book 📚 Not the App. I wouldn’t recommend ### 2/5 — Not Effective Study Tool *2021-11-13* I’m confused why this app has so many good reviews. I will say that the layout and use of the app is good, however, the content is not. I live in Michigan and I have taken my theory exam I can tell you that maybe 15% of the content in this study app was on my exam. In my opinion it is not worth $9.99/ month. Maybe offer each test within this app for a one-time fee of .99 or a flat rate of 9.99 for all them but not monthly. The content is not that difficult to grasp (it’s way too simplified and most of it is just common sense) and there is not nearly enough content to constitute a $9.99/ month charge OR to fully prepare one for their theory. My advise, study your fundamentals book or look for free quizzes on quizlet or Kahoot! They’ll prepare you just as well, if not better, than this app. Yes, I did pass my theory but I feel it’s because I studied my fundamentals book the night before. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2019-06-24* The positive- In general , I would use this app as a review guide for the absolute basics that may be on the test so I guess in that way it is kind of helpful as a light refresher. The app also runs very smooth without any complications so that’s a positive . The negative - the questions are worded way to simple of a manor. I took the state board exam and it was far more complicated and worded in a way that was much more confusing . There were many things on the exam pertaining to chemistry, anatomy, biology, and further much more in depth science questions. It would have been nicer to have more variety of questions to go over those sections in more in detail but it’s okay . Also there are no questions that help you review the Appearance Enhancement - by the Department of State and there are approximately 10-15 questions on the actual exam that reference it so it would have been helpful to see that. It would have been cool to been able to create your own quizzes through the app as well because as I previously stated it does run very smooth so it was a pleasure to use however it genuinely didn’t really help much in the actual preparation for the state board exam itself . I’d give the app a 1.5 but a 1 star is too low and I don’t think it was that bad . Your better off reviewing the notes you have learned from school instead of using the app in my opinion . ### 3/5 — Good if u want to pay for every practice test *2024-11-25, version 1.9.0* Gives you a free 20 question practice test and you have to pay for every single test after that! The questions are good for general practice but if you want deeper understanding, you’re gonna have to do more research ### 3/5 — Esthetician test for CO *2024-10-05* This app is good. But definitely not great. I think it’s really good for making sure you know certain things that you might have missed in class, or if you just need to refresh your brain. But it’s definitely not good for the actually esthetician exam. At least in the state of Colorado. I was told by my school and many of my friends to use this app to help me study for the test. And while this did help me with some questions, out of 85 questions that I had, I would say maybe 5-10 of them were actually on the app. The app also has probably over 500 questions so you do the math. Maybe it was just the exam the testing center gave me, but I mostly had to use my brain on that exam, not what I learned from this app. Maybe they should update it? Not sure what to do.
