I bought it it opens then won’t work at all every thing you try and do it just closes the app want a refund

This app keeps deleting or cutting off all my descriptions after I take my time to give client a clear description of job details in estimate maker didn’t catch until was too late and sent out the estimate very big problem hope for now deleting this app after I just purchased 😒

Trying to send an email. Will not work.

**Developer response:** If you get the message that you cannot send email, or if your email says that it was sent, but it is not received, you probably have an issue with your email configuration.  

Open your Apple Mail app (even if you don't use Apple Mail).  Add your email account if needed.  If your account was already added, you should see your email in the Outbox.  Select the email and tap the send button.  The Mail app will prompt you to open the settings to re-enter the password for your primary email account. 

You only have to do this once, and affects all apps that try to send email with attachments.   We have added a button for 'email failures' to explain this configuration.

When I finish writing my estimate
I can see the total price try to print or send the email I can I see the total price

**Developer response:** We haven’t been able to reproduce this problem.  If you see this, please let us know which version of phone or ipad, and which theme you are using.

The app seems simple enough to navigate but I need more flexibility to customize fields. For instance, in my business I like to offer a discount coupon for select clients (ie 20%). It would be great to have that discount applied to the estimates. If I had a field where I can apply the percentage before tax, this would be extremely useful. But the field must be flexible whereas not everyone gets the deal. So if I choose to inter 0 in that field, everything else still calculates. I looked for somewhere to contact the developer directly rather than write a review and was not successful. Please keep me posted to new updates.

Every time I enter a tax amount to by applied to taxable expenses (not sure if it’s supposed to be a flat rate, decimal, or percentage by the way) and I press recalculate it immediately zeros out the tax section and leaves the total unaffected.

**Developer response:** Tax is calculated using the percentage you add in the company settings.  We've updated the app so that this field cannot be edited, and it tells you where to add the percentage.  Thank you for your feedback.

Good app. Just what I was looking for. Only thing it needs and is a little annoying is not all the time the customer billing address is the same as the job site.
It needs a job site location field to input that
