## What is EstimateLogic Pro?

Estimating happens at the car, not at a desk. EstimateLogic Pro is built for standing next to a damaged vehicle with one hand free.

Scan the VIN, photograph the damage, and a line-item repair estimate comes back while the vehicle is still in front of you — every line priced, every part named, ready to edit.

WHAT IT DOES

• Scan a VIN with the camera, or type it. The vehicle decodes to year, make, model and trim.
• Photograph the damage from wherever you are standing. No lightbox, no turntable.
• Get a line-item estimate: panel, operation, labour hours, part, and price.
• Edit any line. It is a first draft written by a machine, and you are the estimator.
• Send a clean PDF under your own shop's name.

PRICED AGAINST WHAT CARRIERS ACTUALLY PAY

Most estimating tools price from a published list. This one is built on a corpus of real settled repair documents — the figures carriers actually paid, measured from the paperwork rather than quoted from a rate card.

Switch between your shop's own posted rates and a specific carrier's measured rates, and see the same repair priced both ways. The gap between them is the conversation you are about to have with an adjuster, and it is better to see it before the call than during it.

REAL PART NUMBERS

Parts are matched against an OEM catalogue of more than ten thousand entries, so a line reads as an actual part number rather than a description and a shrug. When a number cannot be confirmed, the estimate says so instead of guessing quietly.

REPAIRABLE, OR A TOTAL LOSS

The repair figure on its own does not tell you whether the job is worth writing. Every estimate carries the vehicle's market value beside it, drawn from comparable listings, and says plainly which side of the line the job falls on and by how much.

TRADE APPRAISAL

Standing at a vehicle you are considering taking in? Get the repair figure and the market value together, so the number you offer accounts for the work it needs.

BUILT IN A WORKING SHOP

This was not built by a software company that interviewed some estimators. It was built inside a collision repair business, against its own jobs, and it is used there daily.

WHAT YOU NEED

An EstimateLogic Pro account. Accounts are set up directly with repair businesses — there is nothing to buy inside this app, and no subscription is sold here. Request access at estimatelogicpro.com.

Runs on any iPhone on a current iOS release. The optional 3D walk-around scan is the only feature that needs a Pro handset with a depth sensor; everything else works on every supported device.

NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR INSPECTION

An estimate drafted from photographs is a starting figure. Hidden structural damage, broken clips and internal faults found on disassembly change it. The app says this on every estimate it writes, and so do we.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-29

Capture a vehicle with no signal.

Photos, VIN and odometer are now saved on the phone first and send themselves when you are back in range, so a job started in a metal building is never lost.

Tell us what a job closed at. One number, on a finished estimate or from a reminder, so an estimate can be checked against what the work actually paid.

Put your shop's logo on the estimate PDF. Settings, then Shop logo.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-28

Fixes to signing in and staying signed in.

If two people share a phone, signing out and signing back in on a different account could show the wrong account status and lock you out until you force-quit the app. Fixed.

A session that expired, or was ended on the server, now returns you to the sign-in screen instead of leaving a screen that quietly does nothing.

Connection problems now say what actually went wrong rather than always blaming your signal.

Sending a large set of photos is more reliable, and the sign-in screen is legible.

Nothing changed about how estimates are written or priced.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-25

Small fixes.

The logo at the top of the screen was rendering too small to read, and the All Estimates screen was titled Recent. Both corrected.

Nothing changed about how estimates are written or priced.

### 1.0 — 2026-08-24

No release notes.
