## What is eSUB Field Works?

eSUB Field Works allows you to securely create, store, and access all of your project’s daily reports, field notes, files, photos, contacts, and view RFIs from the field.

Key Features:

- Capture photos and annotate them from the field, while sharing them in real-time with the office and other eSUB users.
- Access uploaded project files such as plans, pictures, specs, contracts, and more.
- Enter and Edit Daily Reports, including crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and field notes.
- Optionally have crew hours in Daily Reports pushed to Timesheets.
- Work offline, and have your changes automatically synced with the website as soon as your data connection is restored.

The app is very easy to use and I was able to pick it up quickly. It didn’t take weeks of training and classes to learn how to use, and has made creating my dailies and time cards much faster.

The eSUB FW app has helped my crews replace our old paper forms for time and dailies. Some guys like to use the talk to text feature. When the use hash tags and key words it makes it easier for me to find things that I need.

Of all the apps I've used, this app is completely useless!  At one time I was able to view submittals, although I couldn't download them, just take screenshots.  Additionally, as of late the only parts that work are the RFI log and contacts.  I have absolutely no use for this app anymore, it's as useless at their customer service. It's unfortunate I need to rate one star to write a review!

This app makes it easy to generate my daily's while I'm onsite. I can easily upload job photos, and keep track of what's going on when I'm in the field. Great time saver!
