ADT is suppose to be the leader in residential and commercial security systems. Really guys you can do better then this, how about investing some money in a functional app. Geez ### 1/5 — App is broken *2024-05-24* Tried to sign in first time answer all questions , just stuck on a white screen. Does not allow users to set more than one test period at a time. Lots of room for improvement, and just barely “better than nothing.” Hard to believe this is the best a company as large as ADT could muster. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-12-25* Worst app ever. Locks up immediately!!! The app locks up all the time and most of the time it’s takes half a day before you can get back in it. Keep telling ADT about it, with no real response. Don’t waste your time. *2022-07-14* I’ve tried using the app to put my business alarm in test mode 4-5 times but it always crashes after I complete the sign in screen. I then call the customer service number to put alarm in test which they do then they tell me I can do it myself anytime by using the eSuite.
