Installed app and start sign in process…..then a white screen. ADT is suppose to be the leader in residential and commercial security systems. Really guys you can do better then this, how about investing some money in a functional app. Geez

Tried to sign in first time answer all questions , just stuck on a white screen. Doesn’t work on newest iPhone 15 pro max .

The app rarely works and is slow to start when it does. Does not allow users to set more than one test period at a time. Lots of room for improvement, and just barely “better than nothing.” Hard to believe this is the best a company as large as ADT could muster.

Worst app ever.  Locks up immediately!!! This is the largest “security” company in the world and you can’t secure your business with this app.  Unreal.

I’m was forced to use this app because that’s all ADT  has to offer.  The app locks up all the time and most of the time it’s takes half a day before you can get back in it.  Keep telling ADT about it, with no real response.  They just say it’s all they have.

I’ve tried using the app to put my business alarm in test mode 4-5 times but it always crashes after I complete the sign in screen. I then call the customer service number to put alarm in test which they do then they tell me I can do it myself anytime by using the eSuite. Well eSuite app doesn’t work and the eSuite website doesn’t let me put system in test mode either.
