But it’s also not good. You try to do a road side assistance request on the app. It keeps loading then says it can’t complete it. You need to call. The number they give you send you to a representative that isn’t with esurance. They transfer you. Then you get someone who transfers you again. They need to put the direct esurance line number. I’m still on hold 20 minutes later and only talked to two people who transfer me. Lord the roadside assistance is a waste of money. ### 2/5 — Very limited app *2025-09-06, version 4.5.6* I can’t add other family members so that they too have the option to get roadside assistance if I am unavailable. The claims process is smooth and fairly intuitive, which was a lifesaver when I needed it. That said, I’m giving it four stars instead of five due to occasional glitches, like slow load times or the app freezing randomly. I’d also love to see real-time support features like live chat added for quicker help when needed. Overall, Esurance has created a solid, reliable app that makes dealing with insurance much less of a headache. The application was great. It started off by me having Face ID enabled. Then I changed my PW. Everytime Face ID was enabled it would enter my old password. I disabled it and then would manually enter the new and correct PW. So annoyed with not being able to use faceId, I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now I cannot access the app even with the correct PW used. Nothing has changed. I get an error that the Login/PW was incorrect. So I changed my PW. Still the same problem. Tried web and that doesn’t work. They assured me it was fine !! Few months later after taking thousands of my money !they told me that i couldn’t have my insurance without an driver license? It has stopped being an efficient way to manage your policy for over a year and I’m honestly ready to switch companies simply over this annoying factor. It never takes your password. I have been trying to log in for over an hour and it keeps saying “sorry, we have encountered an error. Let’s try that again”. Well gee, it’s not like I am stranded on the road or anything. Thanks. Doesn’t even say what the error is. And on the off chance it displays something different, it says “so sorry, the connection is just not strong enough. We hope you’ll try again later.” … yeah, I’ll try again LATER even though I need help now. Also, how is the connection not strong enough when literally every other app on my phone is working just fine? I will never recommend using them in a situation where you need help asap. I probably wouldn’t recommend them at all. The employees I’ve interacted with are all very nice but this app is just awful and has not been helpful to me. The app is easy to navigate and the customer experience has been amazing. The employees are competent, kind and friendly. I was able to pull over into a bank parking lot and go to the app for assistance. Super easy clicked on roadside assistance and within 30 minutes they were there to change my tire put my spare on and I was on my way! Could be happier with the service. I have to write the state a letter about the road. There’s no way I’m the first one having an issue, but that’s another story.
