## What is ET Exercise Therapy?

Effect Therapy's Preventative Health App allows clients to manage their personalized exercise programme corresponding with their individual health goals. Clients can monitor their progress with an interactive rating scale to track exercise completion, exercise effort and pain levels. In partnership with their Kinesiologist, any modifications to the program can be made from this data as the Kinesiologists work to help the client reach their goals.

Effect Therapy clients can gain access to the App that will allow them to follow and track their prescribed exercise programmes more effectively; research shows that this leads to reaching your goals faster and quicker recovery times if injured. The App was created for people of all ages and for a variety of training methods, injuries and conditions.

This App provides clients with high quality HD videos of the prescribed exercises from their Kinesiologist. All exercises have been filmed in line with best-practice in e-learning. There is no more guesswork to whether technique is correct, as the client can perform the exercises along with our professionally trained models. Proper technique is the key to aid in muscular growth and faster recovery from injury.
