The design is old school, and I can't click on certain buttons on my iphone bc of the black section on the top covering it. Some good things abt this app is that you can see the bus schedules, the different routes & bus numbers, and that it tracks/shows your location and the bus's location on the map (and the direction you are facing). Feature requests: 1. Favorite routes, save the route settings. Currently the app does not save your routing settings and you have to redo it every time you open the map. I think saving routes would make things a lot more convenient 2. Let us change the date, like if I wanted to see the routes on Thursday on a tuesday, I think having an option to change the day to Thursday and being able to see Thursday's routes would help a lot in planning 3. Directions, it would very nice and beginner friendly if you could type in your desired location (and time of arrival) and the app would suggest the best routes to take, and notify you to be on time for your bus. ### 1/5 — Worst interface ever *2026-08-14, version 2.2.26* Almost completely unusable. ### 4/5 — Barely usable *2026-08-11* Confusing, hard to read on phone, just plain wrong in places. When I check stops I expected to see where the bus stopped. It lists where the buses don’t stop including that all the US buses say they don’t stop at Platform 6 at US. There’s no way to know when the buses is coming. ### 1/5 — Does not work as intended *2026-07-16, version 2.2.26* There’s no way to receive route/bus updates on this app. No realtime info/bus tracking. Lacks other important features. Poorly made app overall. ### 2/5 — Review *2026-07-15, version 2.2.26* The map will zoom out unprompted, which is extremely frustrating. On the feedback form, the prompts (“email address”, etc) are almost impossible to read, and once you’ve selected the option to fill out a feedback form, you need to completely exit the app if you want to leave a review or do another one of the options listed in the top right menu. ### 2/5 — Need work. *2026-06-25, version 2.2.26* Super laggy, does not save your route choices and poorly programmed. ### 1/5 — Unreliable *2026-06-07, version 2.2.26* Completely useless. Buses come and go and never show on the map. Impossible to plan using this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-06-06, version 2.2.26* This is the worst public transit app I’ve ever encountered. Period. There isn’t even an operational email to contact support. The App Store needs to vett apps before allowing them to be active here. ### 1/5 — Horrible Service *2026-05-28, version 2.2.26* I would give this app zero stars if I could. I have been late to class so many times due to the buses not appearing on the app. This app is horrendous for students who depend on the bus. ### 2/5 — They're a better option *2026-05-08, version 2.2.26* if you’re having an issue with this app, you can most likely use Google maps instead. I use Google Maps for my bus routes in Charlottesville, Virginia and it has all the information necessary.
