ETC has been my provider for over a year now. I can happily report I have had zero issues with my service. I live in a new construction home and they were able to come out immediately and get us set up.

The only issue I have with the app is this; after updating, it takes a while for it to “recover” your account info and treats you like a new customer. Makes it hard to pay bills when that happens. Other than that, flawless service. 9.99/10.
