这个公司就是骗人的交300进去完全用不了，现在直接短信验证码都收不到了，连行驶记录都看不到缴费还得去其他小程序，不知道怎么才能举报让这个公司关停！

我于9月14日、9月15日发生两笔高速通行费共计112.35元，平台以系统维护为由，未按照我设置的扣款顺序，从之前充值的奖励金中扣款，而是直接从我的银行卡中扣款。同时之前该扣款行为也没有通过任何形式通知我。9月15日、9月16日我分别通过拨打电话热线联系，对方电话一直提示忙，无人接听，其中有三次对方挂断。今天我换了个手机号拨打电话热线才有人接听，但客服态度非常恶劣（我就问为什么我一直打不进去，客服直接和我吵：我们没有权利给你设置成黑名单，不能让你打进来……不打自招？），已超出处理时限没有拒绝退款（并且没有客服告知我必须第二天联系平台才能退款）。我认为该平台有欺诈消费者行为，故意以系统维护为由，私自扣除我银行卡中的钱，并且充值的奖励金无法退还。

奖励金老是用不了，要手动还款，打人工电话回复是系统维护，什么时候能用要等上级通知，每次都是系统维护，可笑的理由，上级卷钱跑路了吧！当初办完就担心是骗人的，果然不出所料，又遇上骗子公司了！

大型节假日出行免费是好，但车多是硬伤。每次跑高速人工通道拥堵的时候,etc的优势就出来了!!!前两年银行免费办理还有优惠，可是最近再问，都回复活动结束了?,最后在高速行办的，可以绑信用卡，也可以直接微信支付，十几分钟就办好了，真是解决了一个大难题!
