## What is ETDA Validation?

ระบบตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เป็นระบบการให้บริการที่สำนักงานพัฒนาธุรกรรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ สพธอ. จัดทำขึ้นภายใต้โครงการ e-Trade Facilitation เพื่อประโยชน์ในการอำนวยความสะดวกแก่หน่วยงานและผู้ประกอบการ ให้มีแหล่งตรวจสอบเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เกี่ยวกับความน่าเชื่อถือของการประทับรับรองเวลาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Time Stamping) การลงนามด้วยลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-Tax Invoice) อันเป็นการดำเนินภารกิจในการตอบสนองนโยบายของรัฐบาล ตามพระราชบัญญัติการอำนวยความสะดวกในการพิจารณาอนุญาตของทางราชการ พ.ศ. 2558 เพื่อส่งเสริมให้การดำเนินธุรกิจในประเทศไทยมีความรวดเร็วมากขึ้น

การตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของเอกสารอิเล็กทรอนิกส์สามารถตรวจสอบการประทับรับรองเวลาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ ที่เกิดแก่ลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รายละเอียดลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ รวมถึงข้อมูลเจ้าของลายมือชื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ความครบถ้วนถูกต้องของเอกสารตามรายการโครงสร้างที่มีการลงทะเบียนไว้กับ สพธอ. และความครบถ้วนถูกต้องทางโครงสร้างของเอกสารใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยรูปแบบการตรวจเป็นไปตามวิธีการของ Cryptography อย่างไรก็ตาม บริการนี้ไม่รวมถึงการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเนื้อหาในเอกสารนั้นๆ
