The Etech BizCard (Etech’s proprietary) Scan & Connect Digital Business Card application aims to replace traditional physical business cards with a modern, eco-friendly digital solution. This web-based application enables Etech employees to share their professional contact information instantly via QR code scanning, eliminating the need for printed business cards. The system includes comprehensive admin controls for user management, a mobile-optimized web interface with four distinct information tabs (Profile, Company, Social, More Info). The solution enhances Etech's professional image, reduces printing costs, ensures information accuracy through real-time updates, and supports environmental sustainability initiatives.

Key Features
1. Secure Digital Business Card Exchange
Users can now send a request to exchange business card information with another person. Once the recipient approves the request, both parties can securely share and receive each other's business card details, eliminating the need for manual contact entry.
2. Physical Business Card Scanning
The app now enables users to scan physical business cards and automatically capture the contact information. This eliminates the need to manually type details or simply store a photo of the card, making contact management more accurate and searchable.
3. Recent Business Card Exchange History
A new Recent Exchanges section provides a consolidated view of recently exchanged business cards. Users can quickly access, review, and reconnect with their latest contacts, improving follow-up and relationship management.
 
These enhancements are designed to streamline networking, improve contact organization, and deliver a seamless business card management experience.
