## What is eTechPub?

eTechPub® is an online publishing service for Airbus Helicopters technical documentation.

eTechPub® allows you to:
-          Consult manuals online and offline 
-          Download manuals 
-          Check the availability of newer versions of downloaded manuals
Access to online manuals requires an account on Keycopter, the Airbus Helicopters customer portal.
To request a subscription contract for one of our manuals, please contact your Airbus Helicopters TechPub commercial representative.

If you wish to be informed by email when a new publication is available online, select « My Alerts » on Keycopter.

### 1/5 — Manual Download and ORION Online

It takes forever to download a manual or for most cases a failed download. ORION online does not work too, tried different IPAD and internet connection and tried downloading ORION light file and transferring to ipad through itunes, still failed to import, same thing happend for other IPAD. Hopefully this would get a fix because it should be a good app for our job.

If you manage to get a day why it doesn’t say network error, it take forever to download any manual. Mostly it just hangs stating download in progress. Over two days to download a 200mb doc on a 50Mb connection. Servers most be on an old dial up modem. Very poor.

Despite a 500M connection it says “Network Error” when you try to login.  Not terribly useful

Freezes up. Doesn't load. Followed the airbus document on how to load the manuals and no joy.

App doesn't work well.  Logged in and loaded one item. Then next day it says login expired and unable to log back in.  Tried several downloads the first day, only one worked.  Never updated, most models don't have all manuals, don't  waste your time.  Typical Airbus quality and attempts to be like Bell.
