It’s better now. However, I think that as in the eterna.org site that I’ve started using, it would be a great help to have temps in each loop. I know that you could keep looking at 5he total temp for each modification, but seeing all of them makes it so much better when figuring out how to make it work. **Developer response:** Sorry you're having trouble. We can help resolve the issue there. ### 2/5 — Good concept, bad execution *2020-10-31* The game is a great simulation of RNA sequencing to learn how medicine is made. I love the puzzles, and love that it walks you through. But when you reach the 2nd lab and complete it it forces you to go to the website to play the rest of the game. Like, I’m already in the app, it’s right here. Just let me play it here in the app, don’t force me to open safari to go play it there. That defeats the purpose of downloading the app in the first place. Trying to play a game in safari is low performance and forcing someone to play it that way detours people from wanting to play it, especially if it’s meant to be a mobile game, not a browser/pc game. I’m uninstalling for now, but hopefully this strange oversight will be looked at and fixed, maybe I’ll come back and finish what I started. **Developer response:** Thanks for getting in touch! However, when I try to access the screenshot feature ingame, it’s blocked by the window displaying the requirements for the level. It’s really frustrating, especially since I can’t submit screenshots to the chat for help. Also, the options under the menu with the three horizontal lines can only be accessed by clicking directly on the icon: it would be helpful to make the label for each icon selectable as well. ### 5/5 — Solve puzzles and participate in citizen science *2024-12-19, version v1.10.0* Eterna is a super fun video game where you solve puzzles with a twist — they are molecular puzzles where you are designing an RNA molecule with some desired conditions. Eterna is not only fun to play but also educational about RNA molecular biology. If you get really into Eterna and participate in lab challenges, you get to be a citizen scientist on the frontier of new RNA science from top research labs around the world! ### 5/5 — Great educational game *2021-11-21, version 1.2.7* This game has helped me gain a better understanding of RNA pairings and functions whilst having fun at the same time, it’s been a great tool for my learning. ### 5/5 — Bugs *2020-10-01* Great Game, but the app failed while I was doing microfluidic chip lvl.7. When I logged back into the app suddenly I had completed every chapter, even if that wasn’t the case at all. Now I can’t play the last two chapters :(.
