The initial report podcast presentation left me understanding not only the raw lab numbers but how they mattered when evaluated together. I am engaging with my body in a whole new way because of their insights and direction. (Two different things.) I am 48 years old and have been teaching Pilates for 24 years. I have worked in health and wellness tech for 10 years. Naturally, I came to Eternal brimming with curiosity… and perhaps a touch of confidence. Besides teaching Pilates, I have been active at the gym with extra saunas and cold plunges. I felt like I was doing pretty solid. Eternal changed that perception in the most positive way. There was no guilt or shame… just clear data from blood tests and a performance exam that showed opportunities for improvement. This is an app review so I will slant my review accordingly. The Eternal App carries the professionalism, warmth, and clarity that is exemplified by the Eternal Team. The app delivers personal insights, reading materials, and videos that educate me on what is happening and what needs to happen, and how those improvements will benefit my active lifestyle. My training, sleeping, eating, and mood have all greatly improved. I can feel the difference. My mom noticed it in my face. (Thanks mom!) I use the app much more frequently than I thought I would. I have used it to book my blood tests, performance exam, follow up meeting with my Eternal Clinician, and a meeting with a performance coach. If I have a quick question the Concierge Team is brisk in their response. The entire user experience is silky smooth. I can’t wait to take my performance exam again in the spring and get some of my markers out of the red and orange! The UI will only reflect the changes that I can already feel… and it all feels great. ### 5/5 — Completely changed my life. *2025-09-26* I was struggling to meet my goals and exercising way too hard and not eating enough. Once I got some guidance after my amazing report I changed a few key things and I feel like a new person. Eternally knows what’s up. Join immediately. ### 1/5 — Good program (so far) bad tech bad support *2025-07-05* So far (a couple of weeks) I’m happy with the programming and the scheduling. But the app (now) is stuck in an infinite login loop and no one is responding to my email to Support. I have my big report after all these assessments and I can’t get to it because I can’t get in the app. I hope I don’t have to challenge the credit card charge just to get someone’s attention. ### 1/5 — Very disappointing experience *2025-06-14* Signed up for the service. After being invoiced they showed no appointments available for assessments for 6 weeks on the app. Only way to communicate is through the app with their concierge. Response times range from an hour to several days for a reply. After three months of paying for the service I still have not received a report or advice or coaching. For the last several weeks have been told that my reports are coming next week. Would definitely not recommend. **Developer response:** We're so sorry you had issues. This past Spring we moved locations and were experiencing blood work delays. When we launched, we wanted to deliver the report in 1 piece to our members to support bloodwork and assessment data prioritization. Since then, we've updated our process and members can get data back when each section of the report is ready. We know this resulted in a slow few months for our earliest users and we'd like to offer you back 3 months on your year to make up the difference.
